We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by sharing clear photos/videos of the issue.
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Condition for Returns
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.
3. Return & Exchange Process
We currently do not offer refund.Once the exchange request is approved, we will arrange an exchange.
If the requested product is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
